Some Blog Stuff
There we go.
I made this user-based mini blog thing and never use it. I shall change that right away. I also encourage the people using our site to use it too. Seriously, posting content is not a crime at all ;)
So, there's plenty to talk about but I try keeping stuff minimal. First things first. I'm usually a friendly person and do others a favour if they ask me to (no, not you). So one of our ex-team members, a very narcissistic (not so)young man left. Obviously.
It is very important to mention right here that he, indeed, did a lot of work and was undoubtably the one with the biggest workload and with the highest anticipation for the project. So why did he leave then? Well, I would say his anticipation was too much and ours was not enough for his likings.
Now, why am I writing about this? That's easy. He is, as already mentioned, a very, very narcissistic man, he couldn't sleep well for months now because we never officially announced him leaving. (That's not an official announcement either). So if you read this and if you have an account here on PlayBlack, please leave him a hearty "aaawh" that he may sleep in peace again.
May you have luck with the rest of your ... interesting life. There you have your favour from me. Your public attention. That's all you gonna get.
On another note, I'll be unemployed again, very soon (end of january) and that means not so much money. But that also means very much time. Maybe I can get my hands on Prison Island again. Although, at this time, I'm more into this fantasy and scary horror stuff and would prefer a project along those lines. Or maybe Prison Island gets a transformation once more. I know exactly who would travel directly over here and kill me if I do it. So that is at least 8 people on my doormat with eitehr big guns or big knifes in their hands, all wanting a piece of me. Actually, that sounds pretty much like it is worth the risk.
Last note for today, some stuff from my RL. We deployed new hardware for the machine that takes on our rusty PPPoE connection and acts as dhcp server (besides running apache, mysql and some other crazy stuff). Guess what, I doesn't work. Most unfortunately I can't get the dhcp service to actually route the signal to the eth2 device which would send it to a splitter. I started trying yesterday evening at 8 and took a break at 0300. Still no dhcp at home and Rexpils is all alone there without internet. He said he'd manage a day without internet and I believe him ofc. but I feel guilty for breaking it and not repairing it again in-time.
Instead I'm at work now and write a blog during my breakfast time, already plotting some evil plans about how to trick the dhcp service into working.
And that's it for now, long enough anyways, I suppose.
Thx for reading, cya on the minecraft server!
